Delores Nash Grinnell, age 75, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Vanderbilt Guest Services, and of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed sewing and going to car shows.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Vada Haney Nash; and four brothers, Billy Nash, Willard Nash, Edward Nash, and Bobby Nash.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Steven Grinnell of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Robert James Grinnell of Park City, KY; one daughter, Sheri Ann Thibo (Todd) of OH; three brothers, James Nash of Rogersville, AL, Julian Nash of Nashville, TN, and Richard Nash of Loretto, TN; one sister, Elaine Gant of Anderson, AL; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Grinnell, Nicholas Grinnell, Kyle Leuenberger, and Austin Biro; and five great-grandchildren, Carson Peek, Brennon Grinnell, Kennedy Leuenberger, Mila Leuenberger, and Zoey Biro.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at a later date.
