Delbert Long, age 77, of the Center Community passed away Saturday, March 21, 2015 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from Murray Ohio, retired farmer, and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Mr. Long was also a member of Ethridge Masonic Lodge #777, a 33rd Degree Mason where he was past Grand Master, and a 1953 Grand Champion in showing cows.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Julia Criswell Long; one brother, Larry Keith “Puckett” Long; two infant sons, Gary and Kerry Long; one grandson, Tony Johns; and one great grandson, Kaleb Lee Johns.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Monday, March 23, 2015, with Danny Huckaba and Larry Spears officiating, with a Masonic Service to follow. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
