Debra Guin Roebuck passed from this life into the next on Sunday, May 14th, 2023, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, after a brief battle with cancer. She was 68. Deb was born September 10th, 1954 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Herbert Guin and Ona Myriam Brock Guin. Deb, a Master Gardener, lived a quiet country life in the Furrs Community of Pontotoc with her husband of 40 years, Danny Harrison Roebuck.
She is survived by her mother, Ona Myriam “Mermom” Guin of Pontotoc, her husband, Danny Roebuck of Pontotoc, her children Benjamin Bass of Willow, Alaska, Clayton Roebuck of Pontotoc, her stepchildren, Heather Roebuck of Vancleave, Dr. Corey Roebuck and his wife, Tori Roebuck of Ocean Springs, and her grandchildren, Brady Bass, William Roebuck and Riley Roebuck.
She is preceded in death by her father, Herbert “Pop” Guin, her infant daughter, Leigh Alison Bass, and her in-laws, Willie M. “Bill” Roebuck and Annie Lou Summers Roebuck.
There will be no formal services at this time. A Celebration of Life for Deb will be announced at a later date. Holland Funeral Directors – Tupelo Chapel is honored to serve the family.
