Mrs. Debra Ann Kenny, age 69, went to be with her Lord November 13, 2022. She passed away at CHI Memorial Hospital in Hixson, TN from an extended illness. Debra was born in Wichita, Kansas on March 31, 1953 to the late Al Alvarez and Doris Randall Johnson. She resided in the Cagle community of Sequatchie County.
Debra was a very active member of Cagle Community Church and spent most of her time spreading the love of Jesus. She was a past Diplomat with the Mobile Alabama Chamber of Commerce, a member of Mobile Historical Society and a member of the Woman’s Club of Mobile.
Debra is survived by her loving husband, Mark Kenny and her loving church family at Cagle Community Church.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 16, 2022 at 2:00pm in the Layne Chapel with Bro. Darrell Nance officiating. Visitation times are. Tuesday November 15th 6:00pm to 9:00pm and Wednesday November 16th 12:00pm till time of service at 2:00pm. Debra will be cremated following the services.
