Funeral service for Deborah Carol Robinson, age 63, of Decatur, will be Sunday, October 2, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Central Baptist Church, with Rev. Dr. Rob Jackson and Rev. Brian Blass officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm at the church. Entombment will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens.
Miss Robinson, who died Thursday, September 29, 2016, at her home, was born October 14, 1952, in Ohio to Ernest and Freddie Robinson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sister Donna Smith (Terry) of Somerville, AL, and brother Michael Robinson (Amy) of Tupelo, MS; several nephews and nieces.
She taught over seventeen years in the Decatur School System mostly at Frances Nunguester
Elementary School. She earned her Master’s Degree from UAH and A&M universities.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Central Baptist Church building fund.
