Deborah Anderson died peacefully in Scottsboro, AL on July 30, 2023, at the age of 56.
Deborah Anderson is survived by her father, Arthur Anderson, nine siblings, and a large extended family. She is preceded in death by her mother, Lagene Anderson, and both sets of her grandparents.
Deborah Anderson was born on March 14, 1967, in Seattle, Washington to Arthur and Lagene Anderson. She graduated from Brigham Young University in Utah in 1991 with a degree in secondary education.
While obtaining her degree, she served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Ventura, CA. After obtaining her college education, Deborah returned to Huntsville, AL, she held various positions working with children in the school system for many years.
Deborah was always a very bright and educated individual. She graduated top of her class in high school and excelled in her collegiate studies as well. Deborah was very active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She enjoyed serving others through Christ and researching her family genealogical history.
The funeral is scheduled for August 5, 2023. The visitation is from 10 am to 11 am with a service following immediately after at 11 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 2110 Byrd

The family would like to extend a very heartfelt thank you to the staff of Cloverdale Manor Nursing Home in Scottsboro, AL Deborah resided here for the last few years of her life. She was truly in excellent hands and received phenomenal care.
