Debbie Brown Wilbanks, 51, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Sunday, December 26, 2013, at Highway 25 South as the result of an automobile accident. She was a fun and outgoing person, and cared a lot about others. In her spare time she liked to hunt and fish. Visitation is scheduled for 10 AM until 2 PM on Sunday, December 29 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include 1 son – James McCollum of Iuka; 1 daughter – Shana Wycoff; 1 daughter in law – Lacy Wycoff, both of Birmingham, AL; 2 sisters – Linda Panvino of Chicago, IL and Desire Peterson of Ft. Myers, FL; 1 brother – Kevin McCollum of Virginia; 1 grandchild – Dallas Wycoff; a special nephew, Nicholas Panvino; 2 special nieces, Arly Panvino and Angie Peterson; and several other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Fletcher and Linda McCollum; and her grandson, Diesel Wycoff.
