David Wayne “Jake” Jacobs , age 64 of Mt. Pleasant, TN passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at home. He was a native of Petersburg,VA, owner of Jakes Trucking & Grading, and of the Methodist faith. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Bobby Gobble will be officiating. Burial will follow in Shaw Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
