Mr. David Vance Kaiser died on Friday, September 29, 2023 at his residence. He was born March 24, 1960, in New York to William Kaiser and Doris Ilene Garrison Kaiser. Mr. Kaiser was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Hargett.
Mr. Kaiser served in the US Navy and will be buried at sea. In his career, he was a warehouse supervisor for Walmart. David was an avid DVD collector and enjoyed visiting thrift shops and yard sales and he also loved cats.
