David Scott Tomei, age 76 of Athens, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024 at Athens Limestone Hospital.
Mr. Tomei was born March 16, 1947 in Pennsylvania to Adolf Tomei and Barbara Skupnik Tomei. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Rick Tomei and his wife Barb.
Survivors include one son, Michael Tomei (Lynn); two daughters, Amelia Simmons (Allen) and Misty Coleman; three brothers, Andy Tomei (Angie), Mark Tomei (Lisa), Brad Tomei (Adele); 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
David was much loved by his family and he will be greatly missed.
