Mr. David McGaha, age 78, of Woodville, passed away on Thursday, December 26th, 2024 at Hospice Family Care in Huntsville.
Mr. McGaha was a member of Church of God Prophecy in Grant, Alabama.
He is survived by his wife, Janneca McGaha; daughter, Celina Sears (Daniel); sister, Barbara Hall; grandchildren, Jessica Mount (Patrick), Dylan Cochran, James Sears (Kaitlin), Jamie McGaha (Robert), Jennifer Paris (Nathan), Josh Sears (Lakelyn); great grandchildren, Krager, Alyssa, Maddie, Kailynne, Preston, William, Nevaeh, Henry; along with many nieces and nephews.
Mr. McGaha was preceded in death by parents, Father, Joseph McGaha and Mother, Willie Lee; son, William McGaha; brothers, and sisters, Jim, Peggy, Gene, Marcella, Marie, Faye, Junior, Linda and Shirley.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. Leslie Curtis officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home.
