David Martin Hall , age 45, of Florence, passed away August 1, 2012. Visitation will be Friday, August 3, 2012, noon-2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home of Tuscumbia. His funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Gerald Pennington officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
David was a member of Ironworker Local of Muscle Shoals and was preceded in death by his grandfather, William T. Hall, of Sheffield.
Survivors include his wife, Melissa Hall, of Florence; his son, Dustin Hall, of Muscle Shoals; his father, Danny Martin Hall, of Phil Campbell; parents, James and Judy Pennington, of Leighton; grandparents, Kathleen Hall, of Sheffield, Johnny and Retha Weems, of Tuscumbia; brother, Justin Pennington, of Leighton; stepbrother, Jimmy Pennington (Jenny); stepsister, Angela O’Neal; stepchildren, Emily and Stacy; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers are Jody Sharpton, Ricky Forsythe, Matthew Forsythe, Brian McManus, Tommy Wallace and James Wimpee.
Honorary pallbearers are Robert Jenkins, Darryl Johnson and Jerry Gray.
