David Jonathan “Brother” Duncan (Searles), age 33 of Villa Rica, GA, passed away on August 25, 2023, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, GA.
He is survived by his parents, Randall and Rachel Searles of Villa Rica, GA; brother, Joshua (Alexis) Searles of Sand Rock, AL; nieces, Laykin and Sadie Searles; uncle, Troy (Michele) Jiles of Collinsville, AL; and grandfather, Toney (Lee) Jiles of Collinsville, AL.
Jonathan was a union pipeliner by trade and was a Baptist by faith. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting with his brother. He enjoyed fishing in Florida to catch a Great Hammerhead Shark (Sphyrna Mokarran).
Jonathan was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Linda Wood; and paternal grandparents, Joann and Sammy Tallent.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
