David Howard Kemp, Jr. age 60 of Kimberly, passed away Sunday, October 23, at UAB Medical Center in Birmingham. David was born on March 2, 1962 to the late David Howard, Sr. and Tommie Jane Williams Kemp.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Kemp Russell.
He is survived by his niece, Crystal Russell (John); a great niece, Savannah Russell; great nephew, Jonathon Russell; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 27, at 12:00 PM from Bell Sumiton Chapel. Burial will follow in Lawler Baptist Church Cemetery with Hollis Alexander officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday evening at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Bell Funeral Home of Sumiton assisting with arrangements.
