David Hall, Sr. – Obituary

David Hall, Sr., 66, died Thursday, March 14, 2019 at his home. He was born August 14, 1952 to Albert and Helen Hall. He graduated from West Point High School and attended Mississippi State University. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and while in the service, he was a helicopter mechanic. He was a self employed electrician and plumber. He was a member of Harvest Time Church of God. He enjoyed fooling with horses, fishing and hunting Indian artifacts. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Services will be 2 PM Monday, March 18, 2019, at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with his son, David Hall, Jr. and Bill Monaghan officiating. Private family burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Dee Hall of Okolona; his mother, Helen Hall of Okolona; his children, Kim Watson (Joe) of Stamping Ground, KY, David Hall, Jr. (Glenda) of Pontotoc, Rocky Hall (Shanda) of Amory, Kenny Hall of Okolona, Sky Harmon of Okolona and Will Harmon of Ecru; one sister, De Dee Whittington of Okolona; one brother, D.J. Hall of Gatlinburg, TN; 5 grandchildren, Caleb, laken, Logan, Luke and Collin.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Hall; one son, Wes Hall and one sister, Peggy Moffitt.
