David Franklin Williams, 86, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Born in Luverne, Alabama, Mr. Williams was the beloved husband of Mary, and father of two sons, Richard and John. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree, Magna Cum Laude.
Other survivors include his sister, Mrs. Nancy Petrey and brother, Ben Williams.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Perry Petrey officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
