David Franklin Brown, age 71, of Jackson, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2024, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Born on December 30, 1952, in St. Louis, Missouri, David lived a fulfilling life enriched by the love and support of those closest to him.
David’s academic journey led him to Tarkio College where he earned his degree. He carried the knowledge and experiences from his education throughout his life, embodying the principles of hard work and dedication.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathryn, and their two sons, Tom and his wife Kailyn, and Sam and his fiancée Jada. David cherished his role as a father and took great pride in his family, including his grandchildren, Ella and Liam. He shared a close bond with his brothers, Durward Brown and his wife Marilyn, and Timothy Brown and his wife Tonya, who were a significant part of his life.
A visitation honoring David’s life will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Friday, November 8, 2024, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Following the visitation, a Mass will be celebrated at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m.
David Franklin Brown will be remembered for his caring spirit, unwavering love for his family, and the many lives he touched throughout his years. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
