Mr. David Crawford
was born September 10, 1954 in Hornsby, TN the son of Ann Webb and the late Elmo Crawford. He was united in marriage to Greta Martindale on September 10, 1998.
Mr. Crawford was a maintenance supervisor at Western State Mental Health in Bolivar TN. and had also owned and operated a karate doJo in Selmer TN. for many years. He recently retired in April 2013 from Western State Mental Health having worked there for 39 years.
Some of his favorite pastimes were riding four-wheelers, shooting guns, and karate, along with spending time with family and friends. He had attended Gravel Hill Baptist Church and Landmark Pentecostal Church in Stantonville, Tennessee.
Mr. Crawford departed this life on August 18, 2013 at his home in Hornsby, Tennessee at the age of 58 Years, 11 Months, 8 Days.
He is survived by his wife Greta (Martindale) Crawford of Hornsby, TN: a daughter, Mica Rickman and husband Wallace of Selmer, TN; his mother Mrs. Ann Crawford of Guys TN. a sister, Nelda Deaton of Adamsville, TN; along with 2 nephews and a host of extended family and friends.
