David “Bear” Randall Terrell, II was born September 7, 1980, to his parents Randall Terrell and Marie (Terrell) Armes, making his appearance one week early in Waco, Texas and he has been surprising everyone and anyone every chance he could since. Bear left us way to soon on February 13, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at Fort Payne Celebration Church 10783 US Highway 11 Fort Payne, AL (Collinsville). He was class of 1998 in Junction TX. He excelled at Cross Country, 1600 meter and the 3200 meter where his record still stands today. He played football, basketball, and tennis. Bear had a love for the outdoors having nothing but Texas Uncles he learned to hunt and fish at an early age, and continued that love all through his life. He briefly served as a youth pastor in Texas & Oklahoma. Bear was the ultimate salesman and could sell ice to an eskimo, but he found his calling in the car business. Winning Salesman of the Month became a running title and one he was proud of. He was active in the Fort Payne Community. His crooked Terrell smile and enthusiasm was infectious. His laughter filled a room, as much as his presence. The impish glint in his bright blue eyes, you just knew he was up to something. If you knew Bear well you just knew him. Those that preceded him in death were his father, Randall Terrell; his grandparents, Charles & Sara Ringling and Norman Goodwin; his uncles, Parke, Scot, & David Goodwin.
