David Allen Cobble, 60, of Gurley, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. A native and lifelong resident of Madison County. He was a member of Valley Fellowship Church where he served as a deacon. He was preceded in death by one brother, Charlie H. Cobble and his parents, James J. and Margaret E. Cobble. He is survived by his daughters, Laura Wimberly of Toney, Brittney Cobble of Huntsville, Brooke Cobble of Huntsville; son, Brandon Cobble; sister, Brenda Phillips of New Market, brother, Larry Cobble of Columbus, MS; five grandchildren, Austin, Reid, Isabella, Bentley and Adalynn. Visitation will be Friday, January 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home; a chapel service will be Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Pastor Greg Simons will be officiating. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
