Darrelle Godwin passed away on November 19, 2023 at age 59. Darrelle Glenn Godwin served in the 82nd Airborne of the United States Army before settling into his career as a welding mechanic for Pinnacle Trucking. He loved his unit, mudding, shooting guns, and watching his grandbabies grow.
Darrelle was born in Clearwater FL to Dorothy Scarbrough and Vance Godwin. He is survived by his wife Sherry Taylor Godwin, step-children Dakota (Emily) White, Aspen White, Sierra White, grandchildren Elias, Katrina, Sterling, Luna, and Toby, siblings Rebecca Klingerman and Marianne (Tyrone Day) Godwin, 2 nephews and niece Eric Klingerman, Aaron Godwin, and Amanda Demarest. He is preceded in death by father Vance Godwin, mother Dorothy Godwin, and brother Daris Godwin.
