Darlene Cantrell age 66 of Morrison, TN, died Monday, April 25, 2022, at Ascension Saint Thomas RiverPark Hospital in McMinnville, TN. She was born April 25, 1956, in McMinnville, TN, was a CNA, and attended Trousdale Church of Christ. Darlene loved spending time with her family and grandkids. She was preceded in death by her father John G. “Bill” Brown and her daughter Brandy Lynette Cantrell Nokes.
Survivors include her husband Darrell Vaughn, mother Dorothy Mae Northcutt Brown, son Jason (Brandie) Cantrell, step daughter Kimberly Bush, sister Sandra Elaine (David) Coppinger, grandchildren Brooklyn Lynae Cantrell (Tyler Hutchins, Blake Jennings), Caitlin Alexis Cantrell (Andruw), Daniel Aubrey Lee Cantrell, Jasmine Mariah Cantrell (Seth), Chloe Danyel Nokes, Zach Bush, and Ashlynn Bush, and great grandchildren Aubrie Lynette Hutchins, Grayson Tyler Hutchins, and Zhavia Mae Jameson Contreras. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive.
Funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, April 28, 2022 at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Alan Northcutt will officiate. Interment will follow at Trousdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday and again from 9:00 AM until the time of service on Thursday at McMinnville Funeral Home.
