Danny Wayne (Papa Bear) Pruitt departed this life on Monday, September 28, 2015 at the age of 64 years, 5 months, 9 days. He was born in Cummings, Georgia on April 19, 1951.
Danny was a manager at Goose Creek Factory. He had lived in Crump, Tennessee for 4 years, Hardin County, Tennessee since 2004, and attended Hopewell Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, flea markets, buying and selling, swimming, picnics, deer hunting and rabbit hunting, raising beagles, goats, chickens, and other farm animals. He also enjoyed fairs and talking on the CB radio with friends, and was known as “Papa Bear”.
Danny is survived by his wife, Marcia Ann Hare Pruitt of Savannah, Tennessee; sons, Martin Cole Hare and Andrew David Pruitt both of Savannah, Tennessee; a sister and his father.
He was preceded in death by his mother and his brother, Tommy Pruitt.
