Mr. Danny Sellers,80, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in Jackson. Mr. Sellers, the widow of Pat Stanfill Sellers, was born June 23, 1944, in Henderson County, Tennessee, to the late Elmer Audraine Sellers and Rachel Johnson Sellers. Mr. Sellers was a former member of the Marine Reserves, he retired from the Traffic Division of TDOT after 47 years, and he was a member of Bargerton Church of Christ. Mr. Sellers took pride in doing yard work, and loved the St. Louis Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, and the Tennessee Volunteers..3.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Sellers was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Sellers. Mr. Sellers is survived by his son, Steve Sellers (Judy); two stepsons, David Moore and Daren Moore; a stepdaughter, Donna Maness; a brother, Ricky Sellers; a sister, Darlene Hendrix; four grandchildren: Dakota Sellers, Jonathan Austin (Jessica), Will Austin, and Sarah Williams; and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Sellers will be on Saturday, October 19, in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington, with burial to follow in the Bargerton Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Friday, 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and on Saturday from 8:00 AM until the time of service.
