Mr. Danny Lee McNees, age 71, of Vernon, AL, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at Generations of Vernon.
Mr. McNees was born November 13, 1951, in Vernon, AL, to the late F.L. and Mary Lee McNees. He was a truck driver, and was also preceded in death by his infant sister, Mary Joyce McNees.
The family has chosen cremation and will have a private service at a later time.
Survivors include his son, Cody (Tasha) McNees; one daughter, Bree (Chris) Barnett; four grandchildren, Austin (Reagan) and Victoria McNees, and Carter and Olivia Barnett; two great-grandchildren, Waylon and Bryer McNees; three brothers, Robert (Shelby) McNees, Jimmy (Lucretia) McNees, and Billy McNees; one sister, Frances (Jerry) Hawkins; and a host of nieces and nephews.
