Mr. Danny Eugene Dick, age 65, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at his home in Lexington. He was born February 26, 1957 in Nagoya, Japan to the late Clarence and Betty Yates Dick. He was an employee at Nidec, an avid Nascar and Tennessee Volunteers fan, and enjoyed watching wrestling. Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Mrs. Shannon Allen Dick; two sons, Jeremy Dick (Shanna) and Nicholas Tegethoff (Jessica); two daughters, Amanda James (Jared) and Brianna Nowell (Dillon); three sisters, Kathy Treharne (Rick), Janet Rimmer (Charles), and JoAnn Goodman (Stevie); eight grandchildren, Rayden, Greylyn, Audrey, Kayleigh, Easton, Lyndsi, Rowyn, and Raegan. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Seth James.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM, Wednesday, October 26, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in New Hope Methodist Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, 5-9 PM and on Wednesday, 11 AM – 2 PM.
