Dannie M. Ragsdale, age 65, of Portland, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2023 at his home. Graveside services will be conducted at 2pm Wednesday, April 19th in Springfield Memorial Gardens with Bro. Randy Riggs officiating and family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 4-8pm Tuesday, April 18th at the Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield.
Mr. Ragsdale was born June 1, 1957 in Loma Linda, CA to the late Dannie and Dorothy Ragsdale. He was an engineer in the automotive industry for many years and was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church, Madison Campus.
In addition to his parents, Dannie was preceded in death by a brother, Ryan Ragsdale.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Toni Ragsdale; sons, Chris Ragsdale, and Ron (Erica) Ragsdale; daughter, Angela Ragsdale (Nathan); 6 grandchildren; brother, Frank Ragsdale; and a sister, Valerie (Jason) Fanning.
Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of these arrangements.
