Daniel R. Cassels, Jr., 57, of Cullman passed from this life on March 13, 2022 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born June 17, 1964 to Daniel R. Sr and Margaret Burrage Cassels. A Celebration of Life service will be planned and announced by the family.

Mr. Cassels was preceded in death by his grandparents, Opie & Annie Cassels and Marshall & Mary Burrage.
He is survived by his parents, Daniel R. Sr and Margaret Burrage Cassels; special friend, Christi Smith; sisters, Tracie Cassel-Thornton, Pamela Cassels-Patillo (Scott); brother, Robert Thornton; nephews, Daniel (Kendal) Thornton, Jacob Thornton, Michael (Kaylee) Pfeffer, Benjamin Pfeffer; great-niece, Karigen Thornton; great-nephew, Korbin Thornton; and a host of family and friends.
