Daniel (Morris) Anderson, Sr., age 62 of the Bending Chestnut Community passed away at home on Thursday, November 15, 2018. He was a member of Craigfield Freewill Baptist Church and former employee of Fox Hardwood. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover (Mutt) & Geraldine Fox Anderson; grandparents, Thomas Collie, Sr. & Jewell Warf Fox, John S. & Lizzie Anglin Anderson. Survivors include his son, Daniel (Jessica) Anderson; sisters, Jewel Dean Anderson & Gloria Dodd; 3 grandchildren, Colton, Alyssa & Brooke Anderson; niece, Abigail Dodd; special caregiver, Libby Southern. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 19, 2018 with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Tommy Fox & Tommy Luther officiating. Burial will follow in Greenbrier Cemetery.
