With heavy hearts, the family of Daniel Lawrence Bruder Jr. announces his passing on November 30, 2023 at the age of 79 in Hazel Green Alabama. He was born on May 31, 1944 in Alabama to the late Daniel L and Nelma Dean (Thrasher) Bruder Sr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Ronnie, Gwen, & Darryl Bruder.
Daniel was a devoted husband to Martha Bruder for 34 years and a loving father to Kim (Jason) Stoddard and Eddie Bruder, step children Ronald (Tammy) Steadmon, Amanda (Jamie) Power and Amelia (Teddy) Stubblefield. He was also a proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He is survived by his brother Greg (Melinda) Bruder and Brent (Debbie) Bruder.
Daniel enjoyed family cookouts, bluegrass music and go cart races. He was an excellent small engine mechanic and was a truck driver for many years.
The family plans to hold a cookout on family land in the spring to honor Mr. Bruder.
