Daniel G. Parker “Danny”, 70, Clearwater, Florida passed away Friday, August 9, 2024. We invite friends and family to join us as we celebrate his life on Sunday October 6, from 5-7 at the Historic Sweetwater Depot, 502 S Royal Ave., Florence Alabama.
Danny graduated from Bradshaw High School in 1972. He attended the University of Alabama, where he was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Dan had a magnetic personality which led to many lifelong friendships and a colorful life with many adventures.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Bobbie Parker. He is survived by his soulmate and best friend of 40 years, Debra Jones; brother, Doug Parker (Anita); nephews, Mitch Parker (Sara), Chris Parker (Chelsey), Cooper Parker; sister-in-law, Iris (Wayne) Schumann; extended members from the Wallace and Lenz families.
