Funeral services for Mr. Daniel Dee Lomax, age 77, will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at the Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 AM Wednesday until service time.
Mr. Lomax, a farmer, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Mr. Lomax was preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Daisy Lomax; and three siblings, Dorothy Walker, Betty Haynes, and J. E. Lomax.
Mr. Lomax is survived by his wife, Martha Lomax, His son, Terry (Amy) Lomax; three grandchildren, Ryan Lomax, Erica (Heath) Knowles, and Joshua (Breeanna) Lomax; three great grandchildren, Weston Knowles, Caysen Knowles, and Adalynn Lomax; and a sister, Edna Mae (L. G.) Pigg.
