Daniel “Danny” Ray Whitaker, age 70 of Phil Campbell, Alabama passed away November 15,2024. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved hunting and was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Phil Campbell, AL. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. John Humphres. Burial will follow in the adjoining church cemetery.
Mr. Whitaker is survived by his wife, Jerita Whitaker; mother, Nellie Mae Whitaker; children, Chris (Staci) Whitaker, Emily Whitaker (T.J.) Fowler, Patrick (Jessica) Whitehead and Tyler (Tina) Whitehead; and grandchildren, Sydney Cox, Caleb Cox, Addison Whitaker, Garrett Whitehead, Regan Whitehead, Reed Fowler, Libbi Fowler and Lizzie Fowler .
He was preceded in death by his father, Amuel Athol Whitaker.
