Mr. Dal J. Cornelison, 89, of Scottsboro, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gene Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 7, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Cornelison is survived by his sons, Timothy (Linda) Cornelison and Phillip Cornelison; daughters, Judy (Richard) Tillman and Melissa Beam; 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; brothers, Jessie (Billie) Cornelison and Alvin (Maryann) Cornelison; sisters, Edna (Arnold) Hancock and Lily (Ernie) Holman.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Cornelison; son, James Paul Tipton; daughter, Mildred Tipton; parents, Luther and Sarah Jane Cornelison; daughter, Kimberley Ellis; and brothers, Alton, Floyd, Walter and Eulish.
