Dakota Leo Hopper 27, of Hartselle passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at UAB Hospital. He was born June 28, 1994 in Decatur to Gregory and Jennifer Hopper. He is survived by Samantha Prentice and their children, Hayden Hopper and Kinlee Hopper; his father and stepmother, Gregory and Tonya Hopper; his mother Jennifer Hopper; his sister, Jessica Murphy; stepsister, Jordan Dutton; Grandmothers, Ruth Gail Ward Hopper and Brenda Davis. Visitation will be Saturday, November 13, 2021 from noon until 2:00pm at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home with a memorial service following at 2:00pm in the chapel with Greg Standridge officiating. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
