Curtis Dalton Brown
JUNE 18, 1936 – JANUARY 31, 2019
Curtis Dalton Brown of Cullman, Alabama passed away on January 31, 2019. He was born in Cullman June 18, 1936 to Mollie Ethel Brown.
Mr. Brown worked for the Alabama Department of Agriculture for 25 years, along with working during this time as a licensed funeral director for 20 years. He was formerly involved as a deputy for the Cullman County Sherriff’s Department, Cullman County Rescue Squad, and Lion’s Club of Cullman member. Mr. Brown also served previously as president of the Alabama Sight Organization.

His wife of 60 years, Bette Faye Owen Brown; Son, Curtis Dalton Brown, Jr. (Dion); and grandson, John Owen Brown, survives Mr. Brown. His mother, Mollie Ethel Reynolds, preceded him in death.

A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday, February 2, 2019, at 11:00 am in Moss Service Funeral Home’s chapel with interment to follow at Cullman City Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 – 11 am at Moss Service.
