Crystal Lynn RoweCrystal Lynn Rowe, 60, of Cherokee, Alabama, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2024. She came to know the Lord many years ago and is now rejoicing with her Savior Jesus in her eternal home. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 23, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home in Cherokee. The funeral service will be in the chapel at 11:30 with her brother, Steve Slaton, officiating. Burial will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park.

Crystal was preceded in death by her father, Perry Rowe, Jr., mother, Hazel Rowe Slaton; and niece, Mandy Slaton. She is survived by her brother, Steve Slaton (Dawn); sister, Annette Mardis; nephew, Chris Slaton; great-nephews Slaton Ledlow (Ruthie), Elijah Shupe, Hendrix Pratt; great-nieces, Kyla Slaton, Charlie Slaton (Jakob); great-great nephew, Xander Stern; and great-great niece, Luna Stern; special aunt Patricia Humble; several cousins; and many dear friends.

Crystal loved Alabama Football and her precious dog, Joey, but her favorite thing was riding her niece and nephews around the house on her scooter. They called her Aunt T.T. The laughter shared will be a treasured memory.

Crystal worked at Biscuit Village Restaurant in Muscle Shoals many years ago, cooking cathead biscuits and those monster potatoes! She worked at Smith Animal Hospital for many years before becoming disabled. She loved and cared for all animals as if they were her own.

Crystal was a double organ transplant recipient in 2019. We will be forever grateful to the family of the one who made such a great sacrifice.

Pallbearers will be Slaton Ledlow, Jakob Stern, Rick Mitchell, Mike Worsham, Laurence Harrell, and Arthur Waldrep.
