Cowden Wiley Horton, 85, of Florence died Thursday, June 25, 2015, at his residence.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Elkins East Chapel from 12:30-2:00 PM.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM in the Chapel.  Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
