Funeral Service for Courtney Parker Taylor, 46, will be Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 12:00PM at Danville Baptist Church with Bro. Jack Bailey and Bro. Noah Hogan officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. She will lie in state 1 Hour at the Church Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, September 16, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Taylor passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born December 16, 1977, in Morgan County to Billy Bragg Parker and Patsie Ann Reed.
She was a member of Danville Baptist Church. She was an avid animal lover. No dog or chicken went without love and attention in her presence. Her favorite things to do were watch her kids play all sports and be home with her daddy, dogs, and chickens. She loved her big, extended family, and she was always the peacekeeper.
She was preceded in death by her mama and brother, Bill Jr.

Sisters – Michelle Hogan (Craig) of Massey, AL
Shawna Fincher (Brett Blackwood) of Danville, AL
A host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Collin Fincher, Mitchell Fincher, Kane Hogan, Landon Garner, Tyler Dodgen, Dylan McCleskey, Blake Huckaba and Preston Crowe.
Honorary Pallbearers are Reed Parker, all of Gage and Kade’s friends who loved and supported them through all of this.
