Corinne Legg Bedingfield, 99 of Athens, passed away on Friday, September 30th, 2022, at Limestone Health Facility. Mrs. Bedingfield was born on June 28th, 1923, to Rowe Legg Sr. and Aileen Underwood Legg in Athens, Alabama.
Mrs. Bedingfield is survived by her sons Forrest Bedingfield (Celeste) and Keith Bedingfield (Debra); grandchildren Matthew Bedingfield (Ashley), Clarke Bedingfield (Nicole), Amy McFarland (Raymie), and Riley Bedingfield; great grandchildren Melody Bedingfield, Molly Bedingfield, Caroline Bedingfield, Abigail Bedingfield, and Maxwell Bedingfield; along with several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband Eugene Bedingfield; siblings J.C Legg, Ruby Legg, and Rowe Legg Jr.
Graveside services for Mrs. Bedingfield will be Monday, October 3rd, 2022, at 2:00pm at Roselawn Cemetery, with Larry Adam’s officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 12:30-1:30pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bedingfield was a member of the Central Church of Christ and an avid fan of Alabama football and loved to watch all the games.
