Graveside service for Constance Nicole Hallmark, 39, of Mt. Hope will be Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Midway Memorial Gardens, at 12:00 PM with Pastor Tony Collins officiating and Parkway Funeral Home assisting the family. Ms. Hallmark, who died Saturday, December 18, 2021, was born Tuesday, June 29, 1982, to Keith Hallmark and Barbara Hallmark. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, R. C. Hallmark, Russell and Hazel Prater.
