Constance “Connie” Slack, 58 of South Boston, MA passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Nov 30th, at her home in Huntsville, Alabama with her husband Dave by her side.
Connie and Dave were married on 07/07/07 in honor and remembrance of her late mother Constance A. Champagne O’Connor.
She is survived by her husband David Anthony Slack, her sons Daniel T. O’Connor and his wife Patricia, David P. Rosati and his wife Kathleen and preceded by her son Patrick A. Rosati. Connie was also survived by 5 grandchildren Meloney, Evan, Jaylin, Olivia May, and Nathan as well as 1 great granddaughter Aiylah.
Daughter of the late Constance Arlene Champagne O’Connor, sister of Edwin, Diane, Colleen, Dorothy Baker and husband William, Robert, Pamela Hurley and husband Francis, Brian O’Connor and wife Regina, the late Rhonda Marie and John William O’Connor.
Loved by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
Services will be held @ 12:00 noon December 15, 2021 at Gilman Chapel at Cedar Grove Cemetery (920 Adams Street
Dorchester, MA 02124) where Connie will be joined with her baby boy Patrick Anthony Rosati and be reunited eternally into the kingdom of Heaven.
