LINDEN, TN – T.W. Hale, hit Nashville songwriter (Reba McEntire, Billy Ray Cyrus, Randy Travis and more), will lead a songwriting workshop Feb. 4-5, 2022 at Linden’s Commodore Hotel as part of this year’s Tennessee Songwriter’s Week. The event begins at 4 p.m., Feb. 4 and continues Feb. 5 through the songwriter qualifying round performances. The workshop includes a meet and greet, a guitar pull, sessions on crafting a song, lyric writing, music writing, and a Q&A session on songwriting best practices. The event concludes with a concert Saturday evening featuring Hale.
Special weekend rates of $95 per night are available for participating songwriters. A free meet and greet will be held on Friday evening with hot hors d’oeuvres and house wine. Lunch on Saturday is provided with registration.

Winners of the qualifying rounds will advance to the showcase events at venues in Memphis, Franklin, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Gatlinburg and Johnson City. The showcase winners will get their chance to take the stage at Nashville’s iconic Bluebird Café.
