Michael Copeland
COLBERT COUNTY-Colbert County Sheriff Frank Williamson released a statement concerning the arrest of a suspect who has been charged with several counts of Child Pornography:
“Michael Copeland, 39 was charged with 8 counts of Possession of Child Porn and 8 counts of Display Child Porn.
It came in as a cyber tip from ALEA to our investigators. The case is still under investigation.
He bonded out on a $50,000 property bond.”
Copland was indicted on May 12 and was arrested on May 13 according to court records. His arraignment has been set for June 21.
