Mr. Clyde Jenkins, Jr., 83, of Florence, passed away on June 22, 2017 at his residence. He was a member of Florence Boulevard Missionary Baptist Church and a United States Army Veteran.
Visitation will be at Greenview Funeral Home on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with David Gregg officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Jenkins; parents, Clyde and Hattie Jenkins; brothers, Clarence and Henry Jenkins.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy Boyd Jenkins; brother, Charles Jenkins and nieces, Shequanda Jenkins and Lynn Well.
Serving as pallbearers will be Don Boyd, Dale Swindle, Dennis Raper, Billy Lawler, Jim Hulsizer and Marcus Phillips.
