Clovis Edward “Ed” Thompson, age 94 of Cordova, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 6:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. David Phillips will officiate.
Mr. Thompson was preceded in death by his Wife-Helen Thompson; Grandson-Bobby Joe Odom; Son-in-law-Larry Gay; Great Grandson-Josh Key.
He is survived by his Daughter-Beverly Gay; Son-Allen Thompson; Sisters-Trixie Gibbons and Ivarie Altman; Nephew-Larry Thompson; Grandchildren-Andrew Gay, Amanda Remer and DeVonn Bourg; Great Grandchildren-Alex Odom, Andrew Walker, Cole Remer, Christian Bourg and Jace Bourg.
