Clive Sigmon Hiett – Obituary

cliveClive Sigmon Hiett, 72, of Florence, passed away March 22, 2015 at Helen Keller Hospital after an extended illness. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, and a U.S. Navy veteran.

Visitation will be today, Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 11 – 1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with David McNair officiating.

Mr. Hiett was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Minnie Wade Hiett; first wife, Anselma Hiett; brothers Wade and Bobby Hiett; sister, Joyce Hendrick; step-son, John Wilhelm.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda King Wilhelm Hiett; sons, Paul Hiett (Shalane) of Gallatin, TN, Deberio Hiett (Jessica) of Baltimore, MD; daughters, Cindy Narmore (Bill) of Florence, Joy Howard of Lacey, Washington, Tonya Inman (Roger) of Florence; brothers, Scotty Hiett (Charlotte) of Hanagar, AL, Frank Hiett (Phyllis) of Athens; sisters, Brenda Prince of Soddy Daisy, TN, Willia Finney of Midland, MI; grandchildren, Shona Narmore, Cheyenne Waller (Austin), Matthew Howard, Mia Mehline (Joe), Russell Howard, Torin Inman, Roman, Carly, and Lainey Hiett, Dante, Venice, and Mateo Hiett; eighteen great-grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Bretherick, Nolon Kelley, Danny Herston, Charles Golf, Richard Roth, and Bill Stephens.

In lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to: Jehovah Witnesses Worldwide Work.
