Clifton Paul “Clif” McMurtrey, 54, of Joplin, MO (formerly of Florence, AL), passed away March 25, 2014 after brief illness. Mr. McMurtrey was an Ironworker by trade, a Baptist, and a United States Army Veteran.
He is survived by his mother Carrie Nichols McMurtrey; son Paul Johnson McMurtrey II; sister Carol McMurtrey Cruz; and grandson Ethan Paul McMurtrey.
He was preceded in death by his father Paul Johnson McMurtrey.
The visitation will be Friday, March 28, 2014 from 11-1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with burial in Greenview Memorial Park.
