Clementina James, age 100, of Westpoint, TN passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at her residence. She was a native of Trinidad, a colporteur, loved the Word of God, and was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Brister and Mary Phillip Warren; her husband, Peter James; two sons, Conrad James and Winston James; five brothers; and one sister.
She is survived by four daughters, Jennifer James of Westpoint, TN, Irma Richardson (Ken) of Iron City, TN, Barbara James of Trinidad, and Thelma James Gomez (Loyd) of Trinidad; three sons, Anthony James (Sharon) of Brooklyn, NY, Oswald James of Trinidad, and Ethelbert James of Trinidad; one daughter-in-law, Ann Marie James of Trinidad; thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 25, 2023, with Bod Wint officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Ararat Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
