Clayton Douglas Clingan, 60, of Iuka, MS, died Thursday, December 28, 2017, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Mr. Clingan enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching NASCAR, and drinking coffee. He also enjoyed walking the shores of Bear Creek with his dog, Lady, and hunting Native American artifacts. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 30, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Tony Curtis. Interment will follow in Providence Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Casey Flack, James Stephens, Jay Potts, Gary Potts, Steve Belk, and Zac Lomenick. Visitation is scheduled for 12 Noon until 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 30, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Linda Clingan; his daughters, Crystal Stephens (James), Heather Potts (Jay), Lacey Erwin, and Destiny Cannon; his grandchildren, Casey Flack, Dawson Britton, Jay Stephens, Hunter Britton, Maddie Potts, and Reese Britton; his brothers, Ricky Clingan, Alan “Red” Adams, and Danny Clingan; his sister, Eyvonne Adams; and his mother in law, Pearl Yarber.
